Responsibilities/Duties:
Manage, support, and maintain:
All aspects of systems infrastructure and enterprise IT services (e.
g.
, web, email, etc.
) Ability to prioritize and balance the daily business-as-usual problems and requests against the short- and long-term goals of the organization.
Vendor Access Requests All computer/network components including servers, network equipment, wireless access points, cabling, printers, and work stations Security camera systems Phone systems All Production Floor / Plant Floor Systems Strong problem solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills to enable effective collaboration with staff as well as peers, management, and senior leadership.
Work with other employees, supervisors, managers, and executives to move concepts, projects, and work assignments toward successful completion in a timely manner.
Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of infrastructure procurement and development efforts.
Assist with the management, planning, and deployment of infrastructure security measures.
Practice IT asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation.
Work with end-users proposing new hardware and software solutions.
Test all hardware and software modifications before they are introduced into production.
Provide hardware and software diagnostics for network, hardware, and software issues.
Implement automated solutions plant-wide.
Communicate Plant Systems Outages and Notices.
Analyze software issues, installation, and testing of applications software/patches.
Provide on-call support for complex software problems and issues.
Support Corporate IT with projects and tasks as assigned.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
